After the Eurasia Sauna, our next cheonging destination for the day will be Mayflower KTV. Why we go Eurasia Sauna at 12pm is because we wanna have some time for recovery when we go Mayflower KTV in which the flower street starts at 530pm.
From Swan Lake Hotel, its 10 mins walk down the stretch of road. You don't even need to cross the road as its on the same side. When we reach, there were a huge number of guys just about to enter. Mostly, I see is mainlanders and Hongkies. So we just follow the crowd. Inside is chaotic, the number of guests overwhelms the attendants taking reservation numbers. We got our room numbers and den proceed to the hallway where all the girls are.
I read many forums and blogs about this KTV flower street. The terms used were "So many girls, see until you blur" and "Number of girls is overwhelming". Its true. With 1000 plus girls in their arsenal , the action in Mayflower was fast and furious. If you see a girl you interested in, maituliao! Otherwise will be chosen by some other lucky dude whose finger pointing is faster. I see a very nice looking lady kena chosen by 4 guys at the same time. I see mommies forcing sulking-looking girls on customers. I see guys holding onto girls hands the moment they appear in the hallway. On my left, I hear the girls saying in chinese "So many guys!"and on my right, I hear the guys saying in chinese "So many girls!" Need to experience once in a lifetime.
During our first round of looking at the girls, I lost both my friends in the crowded hallway, which was expected. I made my rounds until I saw this cute girl which I chose. I told her my room and she made off. I made another round and see no more interest den go back to the KTV room.
Inside, my chosen girl was there and so were my 2 friends with their chosen partners. Inside the room was 2 DJs which entertained us. My girl was sweet and we clicked well so I decided to ST her. Her category was 3/7/11 meaning 300RMB for sitting, 700RMB for Short Time and 1100RB for overnight. Most of the girls were this pricing too. My 2 friends dabao back their girls and we left early. Overall. we paid about $1600RMB for 2 champagnes and 1 hard liqueur which we deposited under my name. $200RMB each to the 2 DJs. A bit steep on the pricing as we were first time here and didn't know we can set a lower minimum spending on the room. Overall, the three of us had a wonderful time at Mayflower KTV.
